James, a seasoned project manager at Alliance Fire Protection, brings over a decade of invaluable experience to the table. His journey began in 2014 where he donned multiple hats, starting as a delivery driver and evolving into a proficient project manager and designer.

Under James' adept leadership, projects have consistently met final inspection deadlines, boasting a flawless track record. With over 1600 successful tenant finish projects under his belt, James is driven by a vision to reclaim primacy in the front-range tenant improvement market. Moreover, he aspires to elevate Alliance Fire Protection into a premier fire sprinkler business, partnering with Troy Nicholas to establish an unrivaled service that clients simply can't overlook.

Beyond his professional pursuits, James is an avid adventurer and sports enthusiast. From conquering mountain bike trails to shredding slopes on skis, his passion for outdoor activities knows no bounds. He also finds joy in arm wrestling, paddle boarding, and embarking on epic motorcycle journeys. A devoted family man, James cherishes exploring national parks with his wife and daughter, creating lasting memories amidst nature's beauty.

What truly drives me in this industry are the relationships I've built with general contractors, who have become more than just business associates—they're like family. As I look ahead, I aim to uphold the reputation I've worked hard to develop over the past 10 years as the go-to fire sprinkler estimator.

Having recently achieved my NICET III in Water-Based Systems Layout, my goal is to translate this expertise into enhanced customer service. I want to provide more accurate estimates, offer informed solutions to code inquiries from general contractors, and better support our field personnel. Above all, our relationships with our customers remain my primary concern.
